Prep Today Gone Tomorrow (preptodaygonetomorrow.com) is operated by Starlite Plaza, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this site and how we use it.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, the date and time you signed up, and your consent to receive launch emails.
- Basic site statistics: aggregated visitor data such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, and country, collected through our hosting provider's built-in analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party tracking scripts.
- Security data: to prevent spam and abuse, our systems may briefly process your IP address when you submit the form.
How we use it
- To email you about the launch of Prep Today Gone Tomorrow and closely related updates you agreed to receive.
- To count sign-ups and understand site traffic in aggregate.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us: website hosting and database (Lovable and its infrastructure provider), and email delivery (Resend). Data is stored in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need the waitlist. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the unsubscribe date so we can honor your choice.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access, correction, deletion: email us at operations@preptodaygonetomorrow.com and we will respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU, or the UK), you may have additional rights, including to know what we hold about you and to object to its use. Contact us to exercise them; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Waitlist data is stored in an access-restricted database and is never exposed publicly. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes
We will update this policy when the site changes, including before the trip-planning tool launches, and will post the new effective date here.
