The Site today

The Site is a pre-launch page. Its only function is to share information about Prep Today Gone Tomorrow and let you join a waitlist for launch updates. It does not provide travel bookings, prices, or advice.

Joining the waitlist

You agree to provide your own valid email address. Joining does not guarantee access, pricing, or any feature at launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or automated sign-ups, attempting to access data or systems you are not authorized to access, or interfering with the Site's operation.

Intellectual property

The Prep Today Gone Tomorrow name, logo, text, and design are owned by Solomon Global Holdings LLC and used by Starlite Plaza, LLC under license. Photographs are used under the Unsplash License and remain the property of their photographers. You may not copy or reuse Site content except as permitted by law.

The Site links to other sites, including Starlite Plaza. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the launch plans at any time.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
